Service Description
This class is offered Mondays 9-10AM and Thursdays 5-6PM (Zoom) This class offers a gentle active yoga practice, with focus on the mind body breath connection. We will practice slow movements and holding of postures to tune in to your present moment experience with each posture and each transition. We will experience how breath and postures effect our mind and body, and that we are not just doing what is instructed, but feeling the effects postures and breath have in the body and mind. We end class with supported deep rest ( shavasana). This class a wonderful way to practice Mindful awareness and a great way to start your day or end your evening! REGISTRATION After you register you will receive an invite for this class and others scheduled during the week. You will also receive an emailed Health Waiver that will need to be filled out at your earliest convenience. I look forward to seeing you soon!
