I have been taking Yoga from Catherine for many years, and it has helped me in many ways. However, I really found out how much after I broke my wrist in two places, and wasn't able to use my arm for several months. Yoga gave me the strength to do what I needed to do. I had strength in my core, legs, and other muscles to get up and out of the bathtub and out of chairs and bed, etc.
Practicing yoga also gave me the confidence to manage the challenges facing me. I'm over 70 years old, so older ladies can know that they can have a strong body too.

I have taken yoga from Catherine for some years now. I have never been made to feel old, although I am, or clumsy, although I am.
I was new to yoga after many years of aerobic classes. I love the focus on breathing and gentle movements. Catherine's warm voice is so encouraging and she offers modifications for each pose. I like to be reminded that each day is different and one side can feel different than the other. I feel blessed to be able to Zoom in the classes from my Yoga/Music room.

I love the Breath Balance Strength and Stillness class. My core felt so strengthened after Saturday's class, I felt like was building muscle and burning fat the rest of the day. I am already seeing changes in my body. I do not feel sore like I have to recover for a few days after an intense workout and yet it feels so effective. I really enjoy this class. Thank You!

Catherine is an excellent teacher.. Her classes are beautifully paced and her guidance encourages people to develop their yoga practice mindfully. She also will give individual guidance and answer questions if you have any special needs or are recovering from an injury or whatever. She is terrific!

Question: Can I get a refund if I want at anytime?
Yes you can

Question: Can I practice Yoga in any class if I am a beginner?
Yes you can. All classes are taught with the practioner in mind. Please let us know of any health issues you may have when sent the health form.

Question: How long is my punchcard good for? It is good for one year from the date of purchase.

Question: Can I use my punchcard for specialty classes?
Yes it can be used for specialty classes

Question: Are all classes online? Do you have any in person classes?
Most of our classes are online through Zoom, however there is one class that is both online and in person in Neenah. There will also be some specialty classes that will be in person in Neenah as well. On our home page we have a list of upcoming and new classes.

Question: What should I wear, what do I need to participate online and in person?
Comfortable clothing not too baggy. You will also need a Yoga mat, 2 yoga bricks and a couple of firm blankets folded short end to short end in a sqaure shape. In person classes props will be provided, however it is important to have your own yoga mat if possible.

Question: How do I get my link for online classes?
I will send you a link of all our list of classes once a punchcard has been purchased and you are fully registered with health form submitted. Links to all regularly scheduled classes will be sent via email on Sundays before the new week begins, to the email address you provided. You may pick and choose which ones you would like to attend. To join specialty classes instructions will be given. Also be on the lookout for communicating with class cancellations etc. which also will be emailed. ​
